Banda Aceh – Prodi Pendidikan Bahasa arab UIN Ar-Raniry Banda Aceh menyelenggarakan pelatihan pembelajaran daring dan penyusunan modul mata kuliah bagi dosen – dosen yang mengajar di prodi Pendidikan Bahasa Arab. Adapun diselenggarakannya pelatihan ini karena selama ini dosen memiliki kompetensi yang berbeda dalam menyiapkan pembelajaran daring.
Sekertaris Prodi Pendidikan Bahasa Arab, Salma Hayati juga mengatakan bahwa pembelajaran daring akan berlaku hingga akhir tahun 2020.
Salma mengatakan, pihaknya menyelenggarakan pelatihan ini guna memperbaiki standar dan kompetensi dosen dalam pembelajaran daring dan menyiapkan modul mata kuliah yang diampu, sehingga dapat menjaga mutu pembelajaran.
Pelatihan ini merupakan salah satu upaya peningkatan keterampilan para dosen dalam penggunaan media daring untuk menyampaikan pembelajaran melalui platform dan teknologi pendukung.
Adapun pemateri dalam pelatihan ini adalah Rahmat Yusny, S.Pd.I., M.Tesol. Beliau merupakan dosen dari Prodi Pendidikan Bahasa Inggris UIN Ar-Raniry yang memiliki kompetensi dalam bidang teknologi khususnya pembelajaran daring. Sebelumnya, beliau merupakan pengelola pembelajaran daring di UIN Ar-Raniry Banda Aceh.
Pelatihan ini dilaksanakan di Aula Tarbiyah, Gedung B Fakultas Tarbiyah UIN Ar-Raniry dengan diikuti oleh 40 orang dosen, yang terdiri dari dosen tetap dan dosen luar biasa yang mengajar di prodi Pendidikan Bahasa Arab. Series pelatihan ini dilaksanan secara berkala selama 2 segmen. Segmen I dimulai pukul 09.00 WIB sampai dengan 12.00 WIB dengan pembahasan mengenai pembelajaran daring. Sedangkan, segmen II dimulai pukul 14.00 WIB sampai dengan 16.00 WIB dengan pembahasan Penyusunan modul mata kuliah untuk pembelajaran daring.
